Psychedelic Integration Therapy

Making Meaning of Expanded States…

Psychedelic Integration Therapy is a space to thoughtfully explore and integrate experiences that arise from non-ordinary states of consciousness, including:

  • Ketamine-assisted therapy

  • Spravato treatment

  • Breathwork practices

  • Vivid dreams or lucid states

  • Spontaneous emotional or spiritual breakthroughs

  • Inner journeys during meditation, movement, or grief

We understand that these experiences can open a portal to deeper truths, unresolved trauma, and insight. But the journey doesn’t end with the experience itself—what matters is how we carry it forward into life.

This offering is for those seeking grounded support in weaving these moments of expanded awareness into everyday life.

If you're navigating a powerful inner experience

—whether through ketamine, breathwork, dreams, or another altered state—

we invite you to reach out for a consultation.

Integration is where the real transformation happens.

Let’s explore what’s come up—and how it wants to shape your life from here.

This is not about interpreting your experience for you—but co-creating space where your own inner wisdom can emerge, take shape, and be witnessed.

What are we integrating?

Integration is processing emotional, symbolic and somatic content that surfaces during psychedelic or non-ordinary states. We may integrate:

  • Metaphysical insights about our nature, consciousness, and the universe

  • Suggestions about purpose and the meaning of life, this may lead to making life changes

  • Deeper acceptance of the eventual death of the physical body and more engaged appreciation of planning and experiencing the end of life

  • Working with insights about social and psychological blocks or wounds that are impacting our health and well-being

  • Processing trauma or difficult truths or realities in a safe and manageable way

  • Deciding if we are ready to let go of some of our assumptions, habits of mind, projections and defenses

  • Exploring meaning, metaphor, and symbolic language from visions or dreams

  • Engaging the body through somatic practices and breath

  • Tracking internal shifts over time with compassionate curiosity

This is not about interpreting your experience for you—but co-creating space where your own inner wisdom can emerge, take shape, and be witnessed.

Who is this for?

Integration therapy is ideal for individuals who have recently engaged in, or are preparing for:

  • Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT or Spravato®)

  • Breathwork or somatic-based practices

  • Deep meditation, ritual, or contemplative experiences

  • Significant dreams or spontaneous altered states

  • Emotionally charged life events that felt “bigger than words”

While we do not provide substances other than ketamine (administered legally and medically), we recognize that some individuals may also have participated in ceremonial or traditional healing experiences. If so, we offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to process and integrate insights into your current life and values.
