Christina Farquhar is a Social Worker License Candidate (SWLC) with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in Communication from Santa Clara University. She is currently completing her clinical supervision hours in Montana as she works toward full licensure.

Christina takes an attachment-focused approach to therapy, supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional regulation challenges. She integrates Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to help clients deepen emotional awareness, strengthen connections, and develop resilience. She helps clients to process unresolved experiences, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop healthier patterns of emotional regulation.

She has a particular interest in working with highly sensitive people (HSPs) and has received specialized training to help them manage the unique challenges of heightened emotional responsiveness. She is also engaged in the emerging field of Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. Christina is passionate about the potential of expanded states of consciousness to facilitate healing and transformation.

Christina is committed to creating a nurturing and nonjudgmental space where clients can foster self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. She believes therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, empathy, and a shared commitment to growth.
