Nyla Chandler, FNP
Onsite Medical Provider – Spravato Services
Nyla Chandler is a Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly four decades of experience in healthcare, now practicing part-time at Sub Rosa Therapy as an onsite medical provider for Spravato treatment. Born and raised in Bozeman, she brings deep roots in the community and a long-standing dedication to patient-centered care.
Nyla began her career in 1986 as a Registered Nurse at St. Patrick’s Hospital and later at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital, working in acute care. She then spent 22 years as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at a family planning clinic, offering compassionate, accessible reproductive health services. After becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014, she expanded her practice to include both primary care and urgent care across the Gallatin Valley.
In addition to her clinical work, Nyla serves as a board member for Montana Health Care Professionals for a Healthy Climate. She is committed to addressing the intersection of environmental health and human well-being, with particular awareness of how climate change disproportionately affects vulnerable populations.
Nyla is passionate about the healing potential of psychedelic medicine and is excited to support patients at Sub Rosa Therapy in their journeys toward mental health and wellness. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking, playing music, and exploring wild places with her husband and their dog.
