LCPC-Candidate & EMDR Certified Therapist

Erin Kempt provides individual therapy using a trauma-informed approach, supporting adolescents and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions. She is a Professional Clinical Counselor Candidate (PCLC) completing her licensing and supervision hours, with experience in crisis intervention from her work at the Help Center and the Sexual Assault Counseling Center in Bozeman, MT. Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College in 2019 and her Master’s in Counseling from Antioch University. She believes that therapy is most effective when built on a strong therapeutic relationship—one that fosters trust, exploration, and meaningful change.

Erin integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing (SE) to help clients process trauma, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop a deeper connection to themselves. Erin is committed to creating a space where young people feel heard, validated, and empowered to challenge internalized narratives that no longer serve them. Her warm and direct approach helps clients explore the thoughts and beliefs that contribute to their struggles while also finding new ways to create meaning in their lives.

Erin is currently expanding her expertise in psychedelic integration work and looks forward to sitting with clients during Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and Spravato sessions. She considers it a privilege to support clients through their healing journeys, offering authenticity, compassionate guidance, and space holding.
