Kate Lloyd, MD

Prescribing Provider & Medical Director

Kate is Sub Rosa’s prescribing clinician and medical director. She is certified through PRATI in Ketamine and Psychedelic Medicine.

In 2021, Kate teamed up with her sister, Annie, to co-found Sub Rosa Therapy in Bozeman. This innovative clinic offers comprehensive assessment and treatment for mental health issues through a collaborative approach. Presently, Kate dedicates her efforts to providing extensive support through ketamine-assisted therapy.

Ann Matney, LCPC, SEP

Founder & KAT Program Director

Annie is the co-founder and owner-operator of Sub Rosa Therapy, as well as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She is certified through PRATI in Ketamine and Psychedelic Medicine and MAPS in MDMA-Assisted Therapy.

Annie leads a psychotherapy group practice with a clinical emphasis on psychedelic therapy, integrating modalities such as ketamine and psychedelic-integration therapy, and offering comprehensive clinical supervision. Annie's therapeutic approach blends Somatic Experiencing with psychedelic-assisted therapy, prioritizing the cultivation of deeper embodiment as a fundamental aspect of treatment.

Noelle Butler, ND

Naturopathic Doctor + Ketamine Session Facilitator

Noelle is a licensed naturopathic doctor, practicing primary care medicine. She specializes in cancer care working closely with medical oncologists, radiologists, and surgeons. She is a certified Craniosacral Therapist through the Upledger Institute integrating somatic work into her practice.

Educational background: Montana-licensed Naturopathic Doctor (Bastyr University, 2007), Certified Craniosacral Therapist (Upledger Institute, 2007).

Ali Hall, PA-C

Physician Assistant + Ketamine Session Facilitator

Ali is a Physician Assistant with 24 years of Primary Care/Internal Medicine experience. She is currently working with the PowerPath School of Shamanism in New Mexico. Ali is a Vermonter who moved to Bozeman last October. She lives on a small ranch with her long time friend, her beloved dog, Winston, 2 other dogs, horses, donkeys, cats and chickens. She feels most at home in the outdoors and spend as much time as she can in nature as that is where she feels most connected and grounded. She lives her life in gratitude and in a respectful partnership with all forms of life and Spirit. She is an avid cyclist, skier and hiker.

Educational background: Ali graduated from Quinnipiac University in CT with a Masters in Health Science and Physician Studies degree in 1999. For the past 6 years she has incorporated non-traditional approaches into her practice as much as possible in a traditional western medicine setting. In 2013 she developed several autoimmune conditions and found that traditional western medicine failed her. It was through Eastern/spiritual practices that she was connected to her inner healer/divine essence to be able to heal herself. Through these practices she cultivated her intuitive ability to help others.

Megan Fettig is a LCPC in private practice based in Livingston, MT. Megan is a therapist, adventurer, educator and guide with nearly two decades of experience holding space for people as they navigate through transformative and self-actualizing journeys. Her time traveling and living abroad - from Senegal to Nepal - fuels her curiosity for the human experience. She draws upon the natural world as a means for connection and healing in her heart-centered and trauma-informed therapeutic approach.

Erin Kempt, PCLC

Psychedelic-Informed Therapist

Erin is dedicated to supporting clients on their journey towards healing and growth. With a trauma-informed and existential approach, she is also integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) into her practice. Erin's warm and direct demeanor helps clients uncover the thoughts and beliefs that contribute to their struggles. Erin aims to help her clients create meaning in their lives and view their challenges from new perspectives. Working with Erin means partnering with someone who values authenticity, insight, and compassionate guidance on the path to healing.

Natalie Koziarski, LCSW

Psychedelic-Informed Therapist

Natalie has provided individual therapy using an integrative and holistic approach since 2019. Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing  Therapy, Natalie guides clients through reprocessing of trauma and helps them shift their negative self-beliefs. Natalie is studying psychedelic integration work and she is looking forward to sitting with clients during Ketamine Assisted Therapy sessions. It is an honor for Natalie to witness clients go through transformational journeys, find comfort in vulnerability, and celebrate their growth in healing. Working with Natalie, you are working with someone who will embody integrity, playfulness, and genuine curiosity.

Jack Spicher, CPhT

Pharmacy Technician + Ketamine Session Facilitator

Jack Spicher is a senior undergraduate student attending Montana State University pursuing a degree in psychology. He works as a licensed pharmacy technician, as well as a research assistant for MSU's Stress, Adversity, Resilience and Health (SARAH) lab. Jack has helped Sub Rosa in facilitating group Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions for almost a year, and has a great interest in the field of ketamine and psychedelic medicine.

Educational Background: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), Bachelors in Psychology (Montana State University, 2024).


Lauren Tobias

Program Consultant + Ketamine Session Facilitator

Lauren has been actively drawn to psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy since reading Michael Pollan's "How To Change Your Mind" in 2017.  She has since desired to use psychedelic medicine to help her own and others' healing journeys. Lauren is excited that the field of psychology has begun recognizing the power of psychedelics as a tool in therapeutic settings.  While she is not a licensed therapist, she is currently seeking educational opportunities toward a career in counseling, with an ultimate goal of providing psychedelic-assisted services.

Lauren is passionate about myriad avenues toward healing and self-actualization, such as energy work, physical movement, social justice, counseling, deep self-reflection, and seeking connection with a higher power. She feels honored to contribute to a team dedicated to fostering transformative journeys for those seeking profound healing.
